I was appointed as a Director of Abacus in 1994, as Deputy Chairman in 2011, and Chairman in 2015. I am Chairman of the Finance & Audit Committee and a Member of the Nominations Committee and the Claims Notifications Committee.
I am the Principal of Peter Sutton & Co and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a CTA of the Tax Institute of Australia.
Lewis W Tyson
I have been a Director of Abacus since 1994 and I am Member of the Nominations Committee and the Claims Notifications Committee.
I am a Principal of Morella Tyson & Co that was founded in 1981 and is located in Mitcham Victoria.
I am an Associate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Tax Adviser and an Associate of the Financial Planners Association.
Peter G Vickers
In 1999 I was appointed to the board of Abacus and I am a Member of the Nominations Committee.
I have a BSc and BEc from the University of Sydney, am a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, the Tax Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
I have been in practice since 1979 and the owner of Peter Vickers & Associates Pty Ltd founded in the same year and located in Lindfield New South Wales.
